Working with App developers, MyOxygen, Rumba have designed an App for Micron Bio-Systems to allow farmers to assess the likelihood of a mycotoxin outbreak on their farm.

Mycotoxins are a mould that damages crops and can lead to livestock death. The App rates a number of criteria such as the type of crops grown, manure evaluation and milk output to give the farmer a risk score.

For a high risk farm the user will be guided to Micron’s UltraSorb, Mycotoxin Deactivator product.

The App has been well received by users in the UK and is soon to be adapted for the US market.
